Heard Mr.G.Ilamurugu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs.C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Petitioner, who was working in the Co-operative Society of the Second Respondent, had been suspended from service and claims that subsistence allowance had not been paid to him. In that backdrop, the Petitioner had filed a Revision Petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, before the First Respondent and as no action was taken thereon, he has filed this Writ Petition.

3. It is represented that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent has passed final order dated 25.11.2019 in the disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts that no orders are required in the Revision Petition dated 30.04.2019 filed before the First Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
