These three applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs 3 to 9 praying to order substituted service on the respondents, 2, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 17 by way of affixture on CNB and LKR and by way of paper publication in one issue of Makkal Kural.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed.

3. Accordingly, the applicants /plaintiffs 3 to 9 are permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Dinamalar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 29.09.2022.

4. List the matter on 29.09.2022.
