[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of original 'impugned memorandum' [hereinafter 'impugned memorandum' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. M. Padmarajagopalan, learned counsel representing learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court. 4.
Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the writ petitioner was issued only with a photocopy of the impugned memorandum and hence, the instant WMP.

cad Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.24307 of 2024, which reads as follows: '7.
I submit that the 4th respondent issued only xerox copy of impugned notice dated 09.07.2024, hence I am filing the same.'
