5 SENTHIL 6 ANGU ALIAS ANANDAN Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to conduct survey and measure the property as per Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and to demarcate the land to an extent of 3.75 Acres land comprised in New Survey No.7/1 Old Survey No.194/1 situated at Ward-G, Block No.33 Ayyanar Koil Kadu, Kumarasamipatti Village, Salem District based on the petitions made by the petitioner along with the requisite fees dated 03.07.2017, 13.06.2018 and 18.12.2009 and fix the boundary stones within the time frame fixed by this Court (in WP.No.19982/2020)

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SINGARAVELAN Senior Counsel for MR.M.RAJAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This writ petition was disposed of by this court on 06.01.2021 with a direction to list the same before this court for reporting compliance. Accordingly, it is listed today for hearing.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Singaravelan, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this court dated 06.01.2021 has been complied with by the respondents 2 and 3 and therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this matter. The said statement is recorded.

3. In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this matter.
