Crl.M.P.Nos.17208 and 17210 of 2018 in CRL.O.P.No.29327 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., There shall be an order on interim stay of all further proceedings in D.V.C. No.12 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, insofar as the respondent is concerned on the condition that the husband of the respondent viz., S.Karthigeyan, who has been arrayed as the first respondent in D.V.C. No.12 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as maintenance to the respondent starting from December, 2018. The maintenance amount for the month of December 2018 will have to be paid on or before 25.12.2018 and further shall be paid on or before 5th of every English Calender month.

If there is any default in payment of the maintenance amount, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically, without any reference to this Court. 2.The presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with, pending disposal of this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Post the matter after six weeks.
