No.77 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court(FTC), Thiruchengode pending disposal of the above Revision petiton before this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the Petitioner the court made the following order:- Exemption from surrender cannot be granted at this stage and hence, this petition is dismissed.
