Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of th Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 and consequently take necessary action against the 4th respondent building situated at S.No.35/1, Mandalavadi Panchayat, Jolarpet, at Thirupathur District.

ORDER
(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 and consequently, take necessary action against the 4th respondent building situated at S.No.35/1, Mandalavadi Panchayat, Jolarpet, at Thirupathur District.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the 4th claiming to be the owner of the land and building situated at S.No.35/1 Mandalvadi Panchayat, Jolarpet, Thirupathur District, let out four shops in the said place on monthly rent basis. The 4th respondent, without any planning permission from the 2nd and 3rd respondent had put up construction and had let out the same for commercial purpose. The said property is facing the National Highway Road and is being extended, due to which, there is heavy traffic and also many accidents occur in the said place. In this regard, a representation dated 28.04.2025 was also given to the respondents, but no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ
petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

On perusal of the records and on considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and thereafter, take action in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
