ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 seeking permission and protection for smooth functioning of the club situated at No.15, Shasthri Nagar, DKM College Backside, Sainathapuram, Vellore (South) Urban, Vellore district. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Considering the limited prayer in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2026 and to pass orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
