ORDER

The present application had been filed to treat the cause of action having arisen within the jurisdictional limits of this Court and consequently grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to file the Suit before this Court to sell the Trust property mentioned in the accompanying suit under Section 92 of CPC 1908.

2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the Suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, requested this Court to allow the present application.

3.Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and taking into consideration that the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.3068 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the Suit before this Court.
