ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the District Munisif, Palacode to dispose the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2015 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The facts of the case is that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents, due to which the petitioner filed O.S.No.188 of 2015. The grievance of the petitioner the case was periodically adjourned for cross examination of P.W.1. and till 13.06.2023 cross examination of P.W1 was not completed by the defendants side, as a result of which, the suit same is pending till date. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

respondents are deliberately dragging the proceedings as they want to prolong the issue. He further submitted that when the suit is pending the respondents are trying to transfer the property. Hence he prays this Court to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned District Munsiff, Palacode is directed to complete the cross examination of P.W-1 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this Court further directs the learned District Munisif, Palacode to dispose the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
