Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first respondent is sought to be served on the last known address as mentioned in the affidavit. However, notice sent to the first respondent has been returned unserved.

Considering the above submission, the applicant is permitted to issue notice to the first respondent by way of substituted service by effecting publication in one issue of English Daily viz., "Trinity Mirror" and one issue of the Tamil daily viz., "Makkal Kural", mentioning the date of hearing as 16.09.2019. 4.

Post the matter on 16.09.2019.
