O R D E R

Placing reliance upon the letter sent by the Regional Manager, Nanganallur, dated 05.02.2011, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is likelihood of the matter being resolved between the parties. However, there is no exact information forthcoming about the subsequent developments. This Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any longer. The aforesaid communication dated 05.02.2011 speaks about the settlement between the parties. In the said communication, the present OP number is also mentioned. Therefore, this Court is of the view that, with all probabilities, the matter would be settled out of Court.

2.It is also to be noted that there is no response on the side of the respondents, despite the notices being served on the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Original Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
