ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6270 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14020 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020, in paragraph No.4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6270 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14020 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020 regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6270 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14020 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
