ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections as 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 4 of Women Harassment Act instead of 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in order dated 08.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15921 of 2024.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 08.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15921 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15921 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024.
