ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to record the statement of the petitioner and the eye-witness in the F.I.R registered in Crime No.15 of 2016.

2. It is seen from records that there is a case and counter pending investigation in Crime No.14 & 15 of 2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been absolutely no progress in the investigation.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate the Crime Nos.14 & 15 of 2016, in accordance with PSO 588 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
