This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 05.11.2019 of Athanoor Villagers, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in this petition on the earlier occasion, the respondents have passed consequential order. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred appeal before the appellate authority and the same is pending. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs. 02.09.2024 rli To
