Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases, Villupuram District to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the petitioner's bail application on the same day in Crime No.86 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been laid by the petitioner seeking direction to the Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases, Villupuram District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of her surrender in Crime No.86 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.86 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 354 (a), 354(d) of IPC and 4 Women Harassment Act and 3(1)(s), 3(1) (w)(i), 3(2)(v)(a) of SC/ST Act. Now according to the petitioner, she has not committed the offences put forth against her and on account of the false case alleged against her, the petitioner is necessitated to seek for necessary directions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, I deem it fit to issue the following directions.
(i) The petitioner shall surrender before the Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases, Villupuram District, within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) On the petitioner surrendering before the Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases, Villupuram District, and filing the bail application, the Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases, Villupuram District, is directed to consider and dispose of the bail application as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the date of her surrender in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
