ORDER

The petitioner, who is the Manager and Correspondence of the Viswabharathi Middle School, Chennai, has filed this petition seeking a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with regard to a civil dispute, the respondent police are calling upon the petitioner constantly under the guise of enquiry and thereby, causing harassment.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that one D.Chandrasekaran, who is claiming right over the administration of the school, had lodged a complaint for the unauthorised renovation of the school building. According to the defacto complaint, the petitioner herein have no right over the property and since the petitioner herein is an advocate, using the same, he is carrying on the renovation work. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would appear before the respondent police and give his explanation.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
