This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained at the Kitchipalayam Police Station, Salem City and to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by way of surveillance, visits or any other coercive measures.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent-Police submitted that petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 had already been considered and made recommendation before the third respondent-Police with regard to the same on 20.06.2025.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
