[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's husband namely Johni Paul Rajan @ Johni, S/o.John Petter, aged about 38 years, who is a remand prisoner in Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Johni Paul Rajan @ Johni is having health issues and requires advanced medical treatment. 3.On instructions, Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public 2/4

Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner's husband is now admitted in the Government Hospital, Cuddalore and is being given the best medical treatment.
