[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's husband namely Johni Paul Rajan @ Johni, S/o.John Petter, aged about 38 years, who is a remand prisoner in Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Johni Paul Rajan @ Johni is having health issues and requires advanced medical treatment. 3.On instructions, Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public 2/4

Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner's husband is now admitted in the Government Hospital, Cuddalore and is being given the best medical treatment. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
