ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by one A.R.Sabesan.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint given by the landlord A.R.Sabesan, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and also threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner is needed.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police on 08.11.2021 and offer his explanation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
