2. These writ petitions have been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to receive the Application Form SCPA dated 15.05.2026 from the petitioner and consider the same by the respondents herein for the grant of Mini Spare Bus Permit under the New Comprehensive Scheme.

3. The petitioners are a Mini Stage Carriage Operator having a mini bus and operating in the route 8from Harur Bus Stand to Ramiyanahalli Panchayat Office and Morappur Railway Station to Kadathur Bus Stand in respect of the vehicle respectively. The petitioners applied for spare bus permit before the respondent along with requisite application fees on 15.05.2026. The grievance of the petitioners is that even payment of necessary fees and filing of the the application dated 15.05.2026, the petitioners' application were not considered till date. Hence, these writ petitions.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 15.05.2026 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. 23-06-2026 dhk
