The petitioner made a representation to the respondent No. 6, alleging that the Rice Mill being run by the respondent No. 7 is causing hindrance and inconvenience to him, including health hazard to the public. As no action is forthcoming on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the part of the respondent No. 6 with regard to the said representation dated 16.10.2015, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the respondent No. 6 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 16.10.2015, within a reasonable time period.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent No. 6 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent No. 7.
5. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
