ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has stated that he has not committed any offence as stated in the F.I.R., and he was falsely implicated in some cases and hence, he was detained under the Goondas Act. Because of that detention under Act 14, his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the previous petition filed by this petitioner for bail was also not considered on the ground that the alleged vehicle was not recovered. But in this case, the petitioner is no way connected in the said crime. Hence, he has come up with this petition. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is argued by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that this petitioner is involved in number of cases and those cases were appropriately dealt with by the prosecution whereas, in respect of Crime No.1977 of 2017, the petitioner's name is not found in the F.I.R.
