This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to investigate the case in Cr.No.385/2014 on his file by arresting the accused and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.385 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact" on 15.08.2014 after serving RCS Notice No.34 of 2014 on the de facto complainant.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
