The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2016 by the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the said factual position.
3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi. Since the respondent has already withdrawn the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2016, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
