Crl.M.P.No.11425 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15585 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This petition has been filed seeking for amendment of the address of the second respondent as "Duraisamy, Son of Ramasamy Gounder, Ulagappagounder Garden, Iyyampalayam, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District" instead of "Duraisamy, Son of Ramasamy Gounder, Thaneerpanthalkadu, Moolapallipatti Post, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District" in the above said Crl.O.P.No.15585 of and Crl.M.P.No.9672 of and Crl.M.P.No.9673 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the case title.
