(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Ms.Shalupriya @ R.Mageshwari, aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent for the production of the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Though this matter is not listed today, on the mentioning made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is taken up for hearing.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The detenue is present before us. On enquiry, the detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her mother.

5. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
