Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.16397 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF Mr.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, she shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that she will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.16397 of 2018 being dismissed.
