SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioners 2 & 3/accused are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.

itself, on condition that they execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties. Thereafter, the petitioners shall give an undertaking that they will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.16402 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners 2 & 3/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No.16402 of 2018.
