ORDER

Both these transfer petitions have been presented on the ground that since there is no Judicial Officer available in District Munsif Court at Madhavaram, the cases may be transferred to District Munsif Court at Arakkonam.

2. Subsequently, a Presiding Officer has been appointed for the District Munsif Court at Madhavaram. Hence, the basis on which the Transfer C.M.Ps are filed, has vanished. Accordingly, both the Transfer CMPs are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
