16407/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.AROCKIA SELVARAJ Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C on the same day itself, on condition that he execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two common sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event Crl.OP.No.16407 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No.16407 of 2018.
