Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.(4) "considering the said submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the Relaxation Petition order dated 16.10.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.6359 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13663 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police once in a week on every every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.PNo.6359 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13663 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.PNo.6359 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13663 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
