2. Considering the fact that during pandemic situation, the Court is not regularly functioning and this petition has been filed only to condone the delay in representing the Criminal Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in representing the Criminal Revision Petition is condoned.
