2. The relief sought for by the petitioners in these petitions is to issue a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannmalai, to dispose of their bail petitions in Crl.M.P.Nos.3580 & 3581 of 2021.

3. When the matters were taken up for hearing in the earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioners. Today also there is no representation for the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners had now been detained in the Goondas Act, in D.O.No.90/2021-C2, dated 21.10.2021.
