Smt.R. Velumani v. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd And 2 Others
A.No.5267 of 2019 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.
This application is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to give effect to the Suspension Letter dated 20.07.2019 in Ref.No.CBE.TO.RO (Srevalsa Agency).
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on both sides.
3. The first respondent had allotted a dealership of running the retail outlet for supply of Petrol and other allied products initially by way of license to one Mr.Bharathwaj. Later, it was allotted to P.Sathyabhama and her husband. The said Sathyabhama was not operating the bunk allotted to her and had several loans to be serviced to banks. The operations of the retail outlet was given on temporary basis for a period of ten (10) months to M.Viswanathan and Company. Later, there seems to be a reconstitution of the partnership firm and thereafter, it appears that there has been a dispute between the partners. In view of the said internal dispute between the applicant and the said Sathyabhama, the second respondent had suspended the sales and supplies of the agency. http://www.judis.nic.in
