The present criminal original petition has been filed predominantly on the ground that though the FIR came to be registered in the year 2018, there is no much progress in the investigation.

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been laid on 17.08.2018.
