(185.87 sq. Meter) situated at Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu district lying within in the Registration District of south Chennai

and registration sub-district of Padappai for fixing the boundaries along with police protection.

Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 to conduct a survey and measure the house site of the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the survey was already conducted on 14.10.2025 based on the petitioner's application dated 08.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner has signed and acknowledged the completion of the survey, and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Counsel, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
