This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge of V Additional Family Court at Chennai to dispose of the MP.No.1151/2018 in M.C.No.183/2014 now pending on the file of the learned V Additional Family Court, Chennai within the period fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Vth Additional Family Court, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in MP.No.1151/2018 in M.C.No.183/2014 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
