C.M.A.No.2625 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J, This matter is posted today (24.02.2023) under the caption for being mentioned.

2. In paragraph 5 of the judgment dated 29.11.2022, instead of mentioning it as "appellant/National Insurance Company", by oversight, it has been wrongly mentioned as "appellant / Transport Corporation". The same shall be rectified.

3. In all other aspects, the earlier judgment dated 29.11.2022 shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the judgment to the parties.
