O R D E R

Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of IDOP.No.21 of 2016 from the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpet and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent/husband has filed IDOP.No.21 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpet, seeking divorce. Submitting that petitioner/wife is residing at T.Kallilulam, Tirunelveli District, she has to take care of her aged parents and hence, she finds it difficult to travel to Chengalpet, learned counsel prays for transfer.

3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the respondent is residing at Chennai and the transfer of IDOP.No.21 of 2016 would cause the respondent grave inconvenience.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of I.D.O.P.No.21 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpet to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
