ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.
2. Heard the petitioner-in-person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who takes notice for the 3rd respondent and perused the records carefully.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent a representation to the President of United States of America and other Officials alleging that India should not be allowed to become a Member of United Nations Permanent Security Council or any other position https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for which it is alleged by the petitioner that he is being threatened.
4. It is surprising as to how the Registry has numbered the original petition since ex facie the allegations found therein are absolutely frivolous and malicious. The petitioner has made reckless allegations against all the Judges and the Magistrates and also against the Advocates. In the considered opinion of this court, the criminal original petition deserves to be dismissed.
5. In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
