ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.656 of 2013 filed by the respondent/husband, for declaration of the marriage null and void on the ground of fraud, on the file of Family Court, Madurai to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard both parties.

3. Though counter has been filed, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband on instruction would submit that the respondent has got no objection for transferring H.M.O.P.No.656 of 2013 and he has also made an endorsement in the petition.

4. In view of that this petition is ordered, withdrawing H.M.O.P.No.656 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Madurai and transferring the same to the Family Court, Chennai. On such transfer, the Family Court, Madras is directed to dispose of the matter within six months from the date of receipt of the case records. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
