This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10702 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.No.82 of 2023 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
