In a proposed suit for recovery of money and injunctive relief, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is asserted that a part of the cause of action has arisen in Chennai and that one of the repayment cheques was deposited in Chennai. rna It is further stated that the debenture trustee agreement and debenture trust deed contain exclusive jurisdiction clauses conferring such jurisdiction on Courts in Chennai.

2. Upon considering the aforesaid, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
