ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379, 430 of I.P.C, in Crime No.535 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 5 units of river sand by using Lorry without valid licence. Hence, the complaint was registered by the Law Enforcing Agency.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the the petitioner with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 5 units of river sand. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of Anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further the petitioner has involved in illegal mining of river sand, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
