ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.01.2021 for issuance of patta.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property in house No. 1/59A at Rajaveedhi, Kalavi and made an application on 13.11.2018 before the third respondent for issuance of patta and the same was rejected vide Ni.Mu.4094/2020/b3 dated 31.12.2020. Challeing the same, the petitioner made appeal before the second respondent and the same was forwarded to the third respondent vide letter dated Na.Ka.No.1268/2020/G dated 19.03.2021 and the same is pending without any consideration till date. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer by seeking this Court for issuance of direction for the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1268/2020/G dated 19.03.2021 and pass orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in 2/4
Na.Ka.No.1268/2020/G dated 19.03.2021and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
