O R D E R
The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.741 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge at Salem.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 17.10.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judge as to how long he requires to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.741 of 2023. The learned Judge has submitted a report stating that the petitioner has also filed I.A.No.5 of 2024 for receiving additional documents and the same was allowed on 22.10.2024. The report further states that I.A.No.2 of 2023 is now posted on 11.11.2024 for enquiry and the learned Judge requests a month's time to dispose of the said application.
3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge at Salem to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.741 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
