Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw the case in D.O.P.No.136 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, to be withdrawn and the same to be transferred to the file of Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai to be heard and disposed off on the normal course.

O R D E R
The respondent initiated a proceedings for divorce in D.O.P.No.136 of 2016 before the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi. The petitioner has come up with this petition for transfer.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have arrived at a consensus not to transfer the matter to a Court at Tiruvannamalai. According to the learned counsel, the respondent is working at Chennai. The petitioner is working at Cheyyar. The parties therefore, wanted the matter to be transferred to a Court in the District of Kanceepuram. 3.In view of the consensus arrived at among the parties, the proceedings in D.O.P.No.136 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi and is transferred to the file of District Court No.II, Kanceepuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The transfer petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
