the necessary Rectification Deed in order to rectify the defect with regard to the extent of land, which was wrongly typed as 2000 Sq.ft/metres instead of 8400 sq.ft., in sale deed dated 23.03.1991, registered as Document No.1456 of 1991 on the file of the SRO at Sembiam, with respect of the petitioner's plot bearing No.A-16, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2020 and for consequential orders.
